Nylon Webbing with Forged Steel Buckle

  • Carries heavy gear without sagging – Resin-treated nylon webbing with five rows of stitching for stiffness and stability
  • Strong, secure closure – Forged steel buckle keeps the belt from slipping or binding under load
  • Comfortable under load – Supports a full rig or a single holster while staying comfortable on the waist

Built for

Security professionals, shooters, and range users who need a stiff, heavy-duty belt for carrying pouches, holsters, and duty gear.

Description

A heavy-duty belt made to hold up under the weight of your gear. The Condor Instructor Belt uses wide resin-treated nylon webbing with five rows of stitching for the rigidity to carry pouches, holsters, and belt-mounted accessories without sagging. It suits security shifts, range days, and training, whether you’re running a full duty rig or a single holster.

The forged steel buckle locks the belt firmly in place and resists slipping or binding under load. The stiff build supports your kit while staying comfortable on the waist through long days on your feet. Sizing runs by both waist and belt length, so check the size guide below before ordering.

Features

  • Resin-Treated Nylon Webbing: 44 mm webbing rated to 3,175 kg (7,000 lb) tensile strength for serious toughness under load.
  • Forged Steel Buckle: Rated to 907 kg (2,000 lb) tensile strength to keep the belt locked in place without sagging or binding.
  • Five Rows of Stitching: Increases belt stiffness and stability for a solid attachment platform.
  • Holster and Pouch Platform: Rigid enough to hold holsters, pouches, and accessories steady through a full day.
  • Full Rig or Single Holster: Handles anything from a complete duty setup to a single holster without losing shape.
  • Comfortable for Long Shifts: Stiff where it counts while staying comfortable on the waist through long days on site or at the range.
